Hotel was great. Loved the restaurant as well!

Very convenient location to the Horicon Marsh Education Center and helpful front desk staff. Basic, functional room. No safe, no refrigerator. Room was spacious, with high ceilings. However decor in my room was dated and a mishmash of quasi-Victorian and Shaker styles. Carpeting was worn, the bathroom sink was cracked, and the faucets corroded. The view was of dumpsters and rather unkempt parking lot in the back of the building. Parking was on the street and could be as much as a block away. Front desk staff were helpful, but leave at 9 p.m. Thereafter you need to let yourself in the front door with a key, which is provided on a large wooden keyring that is inconvenient to carry. I had a very nice dinner at the attached Nola restaurant.

Overall very happy with our stay. Clean beds. Towels a little rough (my only complaint)

Very classy boutique hotel in a small town. A lot of character and the room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable.

Quaint and great. Wonderful restaurant attached to hotel. Nice bar. Good price and nice rooms. Mayville Cheese Factory is a must. Owners are real perfectionists in making your stay nice.

Excellent stay. We arrived quite late, but staff was super friendly and patient despite the late hour. Room was tasteful and bed was quite comfortable. Our first time visiting but will absolutely stay again.

Motel was great, not sure I would eat at the resterant again.

Very clean comfortable and relaxing get away in a cute historic town

There is more luxury staying at a Days Inn or Super 8. The refrigerator did not work. There is no tv in the bedroom so you have to sit on a very u comfortable couch to watch a 10 inch tv . My heat didn’t work u til the middle of the night so I was freezing. The hot water in the tub didn’t work. And there’s no pool. The restaurant in the hotel is too expensive and In order to eat I had to drive to the next town. So you get more bang for your buck staying in a chain hotel. I would never stay here again. Way too expensive for what I got out of it.
