Very close to the port, hotel was breathtaking and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Awesome indoor mineral pool and spa!!! I would definitely stay there again. It will be the only place I stay when I go back to Ischia

Professional, friendly staff. Clean updated facility. New gym equipments. Nice indoor thermal bath spa, meditation room, rooftop outdoor pool and sun deck. Free shuttle to the port, casamicciola, San montano beach and Negombo thermal spring park. However, driver won't meet guests at the port There's a designated shuttle stop area. I hope management would put this info on the website. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Perfect hotel to be pampered and spoilt. Staff were amazing and the facilities clean, well maintained and wonderfully decadent. If you really feel you deserve a treat in Italy then go here. Everything we did or wanted to do was made easy and taken care of by the lovely hotel staff.

Fabulous hotel most definitely 5*, we had a garden view which was perfect for early evening drinks on the balcony. We stayed 2nd week in June, hotel bar drinks were very expensive and no atmosphere as hotel was very quiet with not many guests. No kettle in room and a tea/coffee on room service was €10!!!! Staff were great, very attentive and helpful. Would recommend this hotel for 5* luxury. Would definitely return

A lovely spa hotel with outstanding and friendly service. The location provides easy access to many of Ischia's top attractions. Highly recommend it!

Davvero un soggiorno fantantistico, personale reception e personale spa gentilissimo, navetta a disposizione con autista molto cortese, struttura magnifica. Dopo oltre 25 anni di viaggi in molti paesi è la prima volta che mi sono sentito un ospite importante; anche dopo il check out ci hanno messo a disposizione la navetta, la spa per doccia e cambio abiti, e altro per l'intera giornata anche se non eravamo più ospiti ufficiali della struttura. Davvero oltre ogni più logica aspettativa. Il mio voto è 10 e lode.
