"Good"

Few rude staff and mold in room and leaky fan so every time you used the toilet your head got soaked! And everyone is naked in the sauna 😳

The only comments I have regarding this property is the fact that I had to ask how to get to this property even though there were signs leading to it. The initial signs were good, however, they disappeared when you go to the main street. I did not know where to go after this.

I was staying there , with my 2 month old kid .. try to give her a bath . The shower 🚿 temp was going to hot to cold. And the pressure for the water 🚿 in the shower ,, was so weak , Stay somewhere else ,,,

"Awesome beach side hotel with a lot of amenities!"

Loved the hotel! It was right next to the beach and the indoor pool was amazing! It’s a quick walk to the main town center along the beach. They had many sports amenities too. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Overall had an amazing experience and will try to come back again!

"It could have been perfect "

At the reception, one of the staff members was not helpful at all, in fact was unhelpful and almost made my birthday celebration not happening ! When I asked to make a reservation at particular restaurant , he said I don’t have to do that failing to say because it is closed during winter! When, I complained after going back to hotel, no apologies from his side or trying to make up somehow for it....other things went well except this one ... disappointing indeed.

Nice hotel with newly renovated rooms. Clean, fresh and comfortable. Staff not overly excited to see guests but this seems common in Croatia. Great area around the hotel for walking and about 15 mins walk into the old town which was truely stunning to visit.

I stay at this hotel quite often. It has great location and very good spa and wellness. I didn't like the location of the room that I got. It's close to the hotels "logistic" center so it gets very noisy around midnight (glass shattering, trash being thrown, people talking). I will come back but will be very careful about the room I choose.
