If you spend a little more money you will get a room with a view. We saw roofs. The place is beautiful and would be good for a family

Second time here and always a pleasure!

It's a very nice hotel, with a wellness center, indoor and outdoor pool, beautiful views, close to the beach, 1/5 km from the old town. Very good dinner and breakfast. It was a pity we didn't stay longer.

This is a large resort hotel complex with pools, spa, access to the beach and lovely breakfast buffet. The room was comfortable, with nice terrace. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The location is convenient for walking to the old town area.

It' s a very nice hotel with a wellness center. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were easeant after a busy day. Good dinner and breakfast. Nice room. I eould reccomend to provide the guests with a flyer with instructions of: hours of breakfast/ dinner. How to use the air conditioner and so.

This was our third stay at the Hotel Eden - and we never usually go back anywhere twice. Rooms tastefullly refurbished this year, 2 large pools with towel hire and plenty of sunbeds around the pool and grounds. Next to the beach - warm clean sea, snorkelling and kayak hire - and the forest with bike hire. Enthusiastic and friendly animation team offering a range of different cultural/sporting activities for all ages and a variety of evening entertainment held in the grounds - so no noise in the hotel building. Helpful staff and we really appreciated Samanta's friendly smile when she cooked our omelettes at breakfast. Short 15mins stroll along the promenade to Rovinj with cathedral (don't miss St Euphemia), museums, art galleries, restaurants and shops. Still plenty to do for another visit one day!

Hotel was comfotable, obviously recently refurbished. Live musical entertainment each evening. Staff friendly, great location with easy access to both the sea and Rovinj. Great outdoor pool and grounds, nice Spa facilities too. Only the weather let us down with constant rain and thunderstorms during our visit.

The hotel is set in a large park, forested with lovely walkways, bikes to hire, and nearby 2 five star hotels on the same site with a third under construction. There is another in Rovinj town. All are owned by the same company, Maistra. The staff are charming, every ready to help, but are badly let down by astonishingly poor food and a communist-era bar/communal lounge. The four restaurants are actually a self-service cafeteria (breakfast being the least bad meal), a smart pool bar, a large, smart café and, along the pebble beach a smart, bar with sofas. The staff are interchangeable between these. We had lunch in the adjoining 5*Lone, same staff, bizarre black décor, same terrible food. We went into town, hoping for good restaurants and failed to find one, although the Maistra-owned Adriatic was better than its cousins in the Park (Ana was wonderful). Clearly all the food is produced off-site somewhere in Maistra's factory, frozen and heated up (slightly) when required. Bread was the give-away - pre-baked and then heated up. The salt water infinity swimming pools were beautifully laid out, endless towels, but, like the rest of the hotel, there are endless sets of steps - barely negotiable for able-bodied people. A proper pool with water deep enough to swim in would be a help. Our stay was marred by incessant rain for 5 days but we were with friends so it should have been good. But when raining, there were few seats. In sun, most things would be overlooked but..

We were very happy with the service and setting of this hotel. The downside is that people reserve their pool and beach seats with a towel or bag and then go away for hours to leave everyone else struggling to find somewhere to sit, this needs to be policed.

A lovely friendly hotel with very helpful staff and enthusiastic animation team providing a range of daily activities and evening entertainment - but in a discreet way, so it's not at all intrusive if you don't want to participate. Large grounds, marvellous 2 pools and warm sea at the adjoining beach. Good selection of food at breakfast and evening buffets - especially the freshly cooked omelettes each morning. Rovinj town a 15 mins stroll along the waterfront. Nothing not to like!
