Cielo Hotel Bishop-Mammoth, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Location was wonderful. Lobby was clean and looked great. Breakfast was not up to par for this type of facility. It was ok but did not include items on other breakfast menu's. Adjacent room must of had a dog and when the people were not there it howled most of the time. When they came back it stopped and I was ok with that as a pet lover myself.

Clean room, Bed very comfortable.

The hotel is clean and staff are great! Conveniently located in the middle of town, everything is within walking distance, the restaurant in the back has the best food! When you over eat like we usually do, its just walking distance back to your room to relax. Check in was a breeze! This is our go to hotel anytime we are in town and they have a room available!

Maybe have a little more to offer for breakfast.

The location was good

There was Ants all over the breakfast area . The customer service was horrible . The worker and manager were arguing with me about some miss information I was give. . Which was not a big deal but they gave me attitude and wanted to prove there point.

I booked a room in this hotel to have a bathtub after ski touring. The bathtub unfortunately had no plug and as such was not usable to soak. When I mentioned this at the reception I was told that none of the rooms had plugs for the bathtub as they were too difficult to replace - clearly fraudulent advertising.

The breakfast in the morning was not the best

I like the ease of checking in. I have stayed there almost every week at least 4 to 5 days since August 2025. The room is clean the towels are clean.

The TV system is Extremely difficult to navigate. Some rooms the satellite is hdmi cable some rooms are AV cable. It is very difficult to get the TV to work. Some rooms have a decent mini fridge some rooms have a really small fridge. The hotel is 99 percent full with out of town workers it would be nice if you knew the size of your refrigerator was consistent for bringing food for work and the TV would just turn on and you could select channels .

Clean, location in center of Bishop, breakfast was basic but sufficient to start your day.

Adjacent rooms had dogs that were barking when anyone walked near the room

Not to much for the price it cost

Terrible internet, tv remote not working correctly, noisy upstairs room, significantly overpriced
