Hotel Chichen Itza

This property was very well kept and had excellent friendly staff. The breakfast was awesome, freshly made watermelon juice,fresh sweet fruit, freshly baked sweet bread. No elevator but the staff took our luggage up.

The grounds were well kept and staff was very attentive and kind.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

Hotel was nice and close to chichen itza. Staff were very helpful with questions we had. Room was a good for the one night we needed. We stayed here for our stop to chichen itza and it was comfortable for that. Furniture is outdated and the chairs by the pool could use being changed. Beds a bit hard but not terrible. The rooms could use some maintence just from being old but nothing major. It worked for our one night.

Exceptional room for a great price at a great location. Close to chichen itza. One of the best restaurants. High quality food. Fantastic service.

The common areas of the hotel are nice, as was the pool. The breakfast was very nice although only two of the five of us partook as was dinner in restaurant. Staff was friendly.

The room and bathroom were clean, but the shower/tub was falling apart. I wish the windows locked because I didn't feel safe at property or in the town. We ended up eating at the restaurant which had good food. We were originally supposed to stay two nights but I checked out after one. They didn't provide bottled water.

Great place to stay for an early start to enter Chichen Itza before all the buses show up.

The hotel was very average. Nothing like the photos you see when you are booking the hotel. The rooms are old. The hotel didn’t even have water available for their customers. It was all available through $$$. Very convenient to visit Chichén Itzá for one day but that’s it. Wouldn’t stay a day longer.

Excellent location just 5 min from chichen itza. Good breakfast

The hotel is in short distance from the Archaeological site of Chichen Itza. They offer a good breakfast: pancakes, eggs, fruits etc. The pool is nice and well maintained. At reception we were able to secure us an English speaking guide for next morning for a fair price.

The internet connection in the rooms was poor.
