Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Very pleasant. Room was adequate. Bathroom was nice. Both were clean. Breakfast was plentiful and ok, though not much variety. The house itself was nicely furnished, as was the all-season enclosed porch.

The first day of our stay was quite warm, and while the AC worked at first, it then failed to continue blowing cold, so it was an uncomfortable first night. To their credit, they had maintenance staff out right after we reported it the next morning. Not an issue after that because the weather turned colder. Heat worked just fine. Room needs a better chair in it; had to sit on the bed.
