Bedford Inn

Very friendly. Always making sure everything was good. Beautiful comfortable place.

Staff was great, breakfast was just good… no proprietor was on the premises to greet you upon arrival..I felt that made the B & B experience a little less personal.. parking was a little challenging as well. Beautiful room!!

The Bedford Inn was very disappointing. The room was nothing like the photos — outdated, cramped, and uncomfortable. The “bathroom” was basically a closet, the bed uneven, the coffee machine broken, and the temperature inconsistent all night. Parking was terrible. Breakfast was also poor, with supposed to be hot food was cold, fruit that wasn’t fresh. While the room was clean, we left earlier than planned and skipped breakfast the next day. For the price, it’s simply not worth it.

The room was pretty. The bed was large but a bit too soft. The breakfast was nothing special but the staff were wonderful. The location and parking were terrific.

The front desk person at Queen Victoria (because there is no front desk at Bedford) may not be suited for customer interfacing. She seems impatient and did not listen well. The breakfast at Bedford got boring quickly. The french toast flavor changed daily but that was about it, and it was not that good.

Very convenient. Easy parking.

Super cute and quaint. Room was perfect size, bathroom was modern. Food was great. Close to promenade. Bikes were great and staff was sweet and efficient.

We stayed here before and it was very nice but this time it wasn’t. The room was small, we only had one chair to sit on and the bed was small and not very comfortable. The floor was sloped from the bed to the door! Very unusual! Breakfast was good. Different kind of egg frittata every morning, toast, yogurt and fruit and little packets of cereal and milk.They had muffins, hard boiled eggs,Orange juice and also coffee.That was good but on the other hand the afternoon tea and cookies that were also included in the package was served at a different bed and breakfast that was a10 minute walk from ours. It was extremely hot and walking was a challenge. That was not like that before. It was served on site. We heard that is a new owner and things have changed. The biggest problem is the parking! They have very limited space and if you take your car anywhere you can’t find a spot anymore. We had to leave our car 2 blocks from our B&B overnight and half of next day. Next time we’ll probably try another B&B.

Nice old property. Great condition. Great location. Mediocre view of an apartment building directly across the street.
