Hosts, Paul and Allison, were amazing. Room was clean, perfect location, hospitality was wonderful. Highly recommend staying and we will definitely be back. Thank you both for making our stay great!!

The perfect bed and breakfast you can ever ask for. I had a private bathroom, the location is excellent, def would stay here again.

The location was great. The accommodations were perfect. Everything was over-the-top and wonderful. The breakfast Paul made of scrambled eggs was to die for as well as his absolutely delectable muffins of all sorts, the cereals the yogurt choices, English muffins, jellies, orange juice, and that wonderful strong coffee he brewed daily. Paul cannot be topped, & the experience was delightful!!! Can’t wait to go back.

Incredible service! Everything was perfect: room, setting, breakfast and grounds!

Paul, one of the owners is an exceptional host, not to forget ..his eggs are TO DIE FOR! I have been here 5 times, been in almost every room,,the bathrooms are ALL exceptional and updated, not to forget spotless!..My favorite room is on the 3rd floor, "Captain's quarters" (I think) w/a fireplace and jacuzzi and a private sun deck! Sean is one of Paul's employees and is super nice..The lounge is open 24/7 and comes in handy for a quick (solo) snack or late night pick-me-up! Kids, IT'S WORTH EVERY PENNY! Be prepared to climb the stairs though..however they do carry your luggage both ways! And they have private, on site parking, a rarity in P-town!

The folks that run this place are so welcoming. Unfortunately, the room I stayed in smelled strongly of mildew. Almost overpowering. On one hand, I feel for them because there is obviously some kind of issue going on that is causing the mildew, on another, I'm annoyed and frustrated that I didn't have a nice space to sleep in. It was a one night stay and I know this place has limited rooms so I didn't want to get into it, I don't think there was another better room available...there better not have been! Also, this place is so noisy. I stayed in the Falmouth room. Maybe my bad experience was specific to this room because this place has great reviews and the other guests seemed content. Not a good experience for me.
