Super clean, cold a/c plenty of room, great hosts all within walking distance of town
Thought there was breakfast and Happy Hour but we saw neither. Some of the outside of the house is in need of repairs. The house and grounds are gorgeous. Lots of walking or you can catch the bus.

We had an amazing stay here! It was in walking distance to everything. There’s free alcohol and snacks which was a huge plus. Such a cute room with comfy beds. Would highly recommend!
Welcoming, friendly, extremely clean, comfortable beds, cold breakfast of hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, muffins, toast coffee, juice just enough and available 8-10a (coffee ready 7a). Snacks in kitchen 24/7. Close to everything yet on a quiet street off Duval. David and the staff were super. Felt warm and inviting. We had the 2 bedroom on the 3rd FL. Private entrance and porch. I will be returning.
We definitely enjoyed this stay at the Inn. It was close enough to Duval, yet quiet. The courtyard was a great place to enjoy coffee or relax in the middle of the day. Our room was comfy, no complaints! We would definitely stay here again or suggest to others!
