Breakfast was nice, a bunch of grab and go items, there's a windixie right across the street so that's very convenient.

When we first got into the room the kitchen light was flickering, which could be an issue if someone has epilepsy, it did stop within 15 minutes so I did not get staff. There was no silverware only steak knives so I did have to go to windixie. The cabinet to the bed was broke. They put us next to a bunch of college kids so they were very loud throughout the night.

Špinavý a páchnoucí koberec plný skvrn, velmi špinavý výtah, nefungující dveře na balkon. Žádala jsem o jejich opravu - marně. Neútulná jídelna na snídani.

Doors were rusted and hard to open and close. Need a lot of work on building.

This has been the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The maintenance of the facilities is zero. The air conditioners don't cool. When we arrived at our room at 4:30 p.m., the A/C wasn't working. We were told we had to wait until 5 p.m. for the technician to arrive. The A/C technician couldn't do anything. They gave us another room, with mold on the walls. Damp, moldy, and everything was dirty. I just wanted to get out of this place.

The property needs a total rehabilitation from doors locks, paint ,more staffing .

Beds comfortable, very clean, furniture decent, quiet, awesome ocean views. Could use a bit of decor for a more homey feel. Small issue with toilet was repaired promptly. All Staff very friendly and accommodating. Would go back!
