Everything in room was wet.

Location and freedly staff was excellent

Many things broken, open soap was left in room, drawer was dirty and dusty and floor did not look it feel clean

We were booked here by a third party, but immediately chose to leave before spending a single night. This property fails to meet basic standards of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism. Red Flags Observed: Empty Parking Lot: The near-empty lot suggested low occupancy, which, upon experiencing the facilities, we understood why. Unprofessional Staff: The check-in process was chaotic and hostile. The front desk clerk was observed screaming at both a guest and a booking agency over the phone while another guest waited. This created an immediate atmosphere of discomfort and poor management. Sketchy Facilities & Poor Room Condition: The hallways leading to the room were poorly lit and confusingly marked, creating an unsettling feeling. The room itself was visibly dirty, dingy, and damp. Key maintenance issues included sticky balcony doors and a front door that did not seal properly, raising safety concerns. The amenities were sparse, featuring a tiny television and thin bedding. Verdict: We felt neither comfortable nor safe and departed immediately. Do not book this hotel if you have any expectation of standard lodging quality.

We arrived early just to let the hotel know we were in the area and they could let us know when room was ready. To our surprise we were able to check in (around 11am). The lady at desk was very nice and offered lunch suggestions . Once in the room which was very nice and clean. This hotel could use some updating but it in no way takes away from view from our balcony. Speaking of balcony we realized quickly the door would not open to the balcony. Within 10 minutes of reporting this maintenance arrived and replaced the handle. We enjoyed our visit and absolutely had no other issues. We will stay here again for our next daytona beach vacation. Oh and I left my sunglasses in room and the cleaning lady actually came outside found us and returned them. Great stay.
