had NO hot water in room 27..could not shower at all and this was not acceptable especially after skiing in a clinic for the entire day.

USUSUSIt is an old inn with floral decor. I can see how it is popular for weddings in the summer. The breakfast was essential and with a friendly staff. There was a game room with pool and fussball tables, which was great for us. Both are very run down, but we could make it work. We had a nice room with a queen and a king bed, a small fridge, and space for our ski boots, jackets etc. It was an easy 7-minute drive to Okemo mountain.
I wonder if we were unlucky, but we had no hot water for the two nights. A letter at the front desk told us that it should work sometimes and we should try to make the water run for 5-10 minutes. That did not work. (I tried at different times and not only at busy times - e.g., 2 pm). There was no wifi either, which could be a great break, but with a teen and a preteen, it would be nice to watch a movie (of your choice) in the evening after skiing. They did have cable tv in the room, though. We had close to no interaction with the staff. No explanation or apology for the lack of hot water or wifi. There was a phone where you could call a staff member, so we could have made a deal out of it, but we didn't. I assume they are doing their best to make it work ...

there was NO hot water at all in the room. we stayed for 3 nights without shower. breakfast was not edible eggs had no taste. they offered the exactly the same food everything.
USPros: The staff was very friendly. The food was superb. The wait staff in the dining room had to close the curtains to warm up the room even when they said the thermostat was set to 80 degrees. The bedroom was warm. The mattress sunk in the middle. The manager told us when we arrived that the plumbing was iffy and we may get cold water from time-to-time. He said the plumber was coming the next day. The showers were cold throughout our 3 day stay. We would recommend the restaurant.
