Hotel Atlas Asni

With unpolite staff not at all interested in us, a run down room and almost empty breakfast buffet, this is a place never to return to.

1 week stay for business. Very good hotel, wifi excellent and throughout, pool area was nice to relax in the mornings before work. Will come back some time

First no greeting what so ever at check in , they couldnt find my reservation saying they didnt revceive it from expedia.com, Been in the business my self I asked to see the GM I though that between hotellier we can take care of this issue; NOT he was too busy too busy, I dont know but myself as GM always made myself available for my guests Anyway after 1/2 hour they come back sqying that they finally found my reservation. The room a suite was better than I was expecting, after dropping our luggages we went to the pool; my wife decided to seat on the edge of it and to wet her towel with the water, here come a so called life guard, saying that it was not hygenic to do so, ok fine so I asked him what that huge band aid floating in the pool was doing there, of course he tried to explain tat what my wife was doing was wrong and shut up when I asked him to go grab a net and fish the band aid,LOL Then we need a drink so we go to the bar area and ask the server for a vodka, hum well she never heared of vodka;so we left and went next door for a drink later on we heared that the hotel was sold 4days before to an Emirate Co, maybe thats why im still waiting for the GM

The staff is very unproffessional they won't give you back your change unless you ask for it. the breakfast cook is rude and would not do my eggs my way because he thinks butter tastes better than olive oil. I will never stay in this hotel or recommend it to anyone. nothing seems to work, cracks in the wall, old towels, but the hotel is very cheap, so you get what you pay for.

It was alright.

Everything is nice in this hotel except there is no wifi connection in the rooms. You have to come to the lobby to use it. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will stay again. Its value for money.

I have been to Morocco for the 7th times, I must say that I really had a great experience in hotel Asni. I felt that the staff were very nice,courteous and always willing to help. Also the breakfast were superb and my room was extremely clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who travel to Marakesh. I must also add that it was very reasonably priced

Great holiday but hotel let me down. I had booked a double room but got a twin room with 2 single beds. This was just annoying. And i paid £20 for lunch which was extremely expensive. Rip off hotel

I stayed in this hotel for 1 night which originally booked for 2 nights, however there is an issue with hotel which they have cost saving policy despite winter time that they only turn on the heater in the room 8pm onward, that is not the worst thing but when in the morning they turn off the heater in early morning cause the room to cool down from heated room to cold room cause my very sick in the morning

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel , I recommended to everybody to use it for vacation or business ,the location is excellent and they have nice view and overall was clean .
