Hotel Atlas Asni

Warm welcome room clean and comfortable. Food good will recomend

Located close to airport and near downtown. About 15-20 minute walk to main city center. Rooms are decent condition. The problem that I encountered was that the hotel was full for the first night when I checked in for four-night stay. That's the last thing that you want to hear when you arrive at 1:30 a.m. and lost luggage after 30 hours of travel. They shuttled me to another hotel across town. Then they charged me extra for the new hotel before trying to charge me for transport back to the original hotel for the rest of the stay. Had to also purchase a toothbrush for $10.00 with all my amenities in my missing luggage. I found this experience very disappointing and frustrating.

I had spent a few days within the city walls of Marrakech in the Medina. It's very chaotic and can be overwhelming with the heat. Hotel Atlas Asni was a nice break from the madness of Jema el Fna. The pool was awesome and you can actually buy drinks here! If you are a female traveller it's also a nice break from the ultra conservative medina. You don't have to wear pants here! The rooms were clean and comfy. The buffet food was ok but not 4 star quality. It was a good experience overall.

This hotel is like a bar people smoking all over in the hotel even if u turn in the AC in the room you will smell smoke. Breakfast was limited not many choices. I am glad we stayed only one night otherwise it could have been a big problem. So if you looking to stay in this hotel think twice.

The hotel is in great surrounding area's the lobby of the hotel is amazing very huge lobby nice garden and swiming pool, I had a dinner not too much variety of food, better eat outside good restaurant and cheap better food, toilet is 3 star

Hotel and rooms look nice. Room was spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. View of room was back of hotel. Bathroom was very spacious, clean and good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Service was poor. We had to pay extra on taxes per person which was not mentioned. Also asked for an iron and was told it is coming, half hour later nothing so rang back and was told no iron, just an iron service which is extortion. Breakfast was good, no hashbrowns though. The guy making the fried eggs was good. Overall variety of breakfast is ok but not brilliant. Tea in urn wasn't hot enough too. So overall I would say it's not bad but the above improvements will make me stay again only.

Second stay at the Atlas Asni and was great to be back. The staff and ambience are excellent and good value for money. It is one of the quietest hotels I have stayed in. L'Hivernage is off the main drag, however still within walking distance of the famous square, mosque and soks. Reception staff will arrange trips to local areas for you and are very helpful and friendly. Will go back again and again.

Really nice hotel,might not be what us brits think of or expect of a 4 star hotel, our only negative comment, bathroom a little bit tatty,but very clean, staff really helpful and happy.Really good location easy to walk to places of interest and restaurants. Would recommend and stay there again. Really good value for money and breakfast was great.
