Hotel Atlas Asni

Would not recommend , It was disappointing , the location was the only thing that pleased us.

I read a few bad reviews about this hotel before leaving for my holiday, so was expecting rude staff, unclean room etc. I don't know why there are bad reviews, the hotel staff were so friendly. The manager, slightly rude. The staff however, most helpful. Room was clean every night when we came back from spending the day in town. We stayed for 6 nights. Hotel tax is paid upon arrival. We also exchanged some money at the Hotel which was better than the rate at the airport. But have a shop around for better rates in town. There are some banks and cashpoints along the road this hotel is located on but we mainly used the exchange places in town. Ideal location for those wanting to stay outside of the hustle and bustle of the medina. The menara gardens are a half hour stroll around the corner, we also walked 40 minutes to the Majorelle gardens. Jemaa el fnaa isn't far but I would advise taking a taxi. There is also a mall with designer shops a few metres down the road, with a carrefour (supermarket) around the corner. Plenty of restuarants on the road however expect prices higher than what you would get in town.

The hotel was good but didn't look as good as it did on the web site was a bit dated and the shower leaked

Old and smelly hotel. Rude staff, half a sleep and with attitude. Dirty food. Everyone is begging for money, from the manager to the pool guy. They think they are running a charity house

I 've been treated like anyone else but when they sow dollars the entrance people were acting like pimps they ask me for 250 dirhams to let go in with my girlfriend cauz I didn't have the act of marriage sham on them ,because of that I will never go back there again

Excellent. Marrakech very nice. Casablanca excellent. Well worth getting train from Marrakech to Casablanca 3 hours each way.
