"Great location! World's most rudest staff"

2.0

Heard bad reviews about the staff and thought it wasn't true but was I wrong. Upon arrival to the hotel we was early due to our flight time yours bags are hoisted into a side room which isn't even monitored so literally anyone could pick up your stuff and leave. Desk staff were very rude and screaming at each other when I had asked why we was being charged for 3 peoples stay when it was only two of us. Ok my mistake for booking the triple room one of my guests had pulled out. The room itself needs major revamp. The plug sockets are hanging out. I had gone down to reception to test my charger as I thought it was a issue with our room ones. The receptionist pointed at a plug and asked me to try which again it was hanging out and it started SPARKING! I had then asked the receptionist if they had a charger to which he replied no I then asked can you ask your colleagues and he said I've been 7 years don't you think I know. Breakfast is poor flies all over the fruit and scrambled eggs that were soggy as the cereal. Staff even ruder and lazier at night. Told us the poolhouse closes at 1:30am which is a lie it closes at 4:30 am but I don't think they want to be associated? Went in there and was such a sleazy place with middle aged drunk men singing all night. Also if you're getting a taxi from here to airport or vice versa its about 60-100 dirhams. Upon landing a taxi driver offered to take us for 600! Don't fall into the trap of accepting haggle with them!

"Budget friendly but infriendly staff"

6.0

I stayed in a reasonably-sized room with spacious bathroom which had occassional sewer smells coming out of the shower drain. I informed the reception of the issue and they sent an unexperienced, intern-looking, young man to clean the bathroom with lavender which is a simple easy fix. The drain had to be cleaned with a strong product specific for the odors not just with a washing cabinet detergent. The cleaning staff can get carried away with their high pitch voices in the early morning in front a room that clearly has the DO NOT DISTURB sign. The hotel security asked me where i am going often during my weekend stay as if I was a stranger with a mean agenda. The towel table is empty until 10am where as the pool hours start at 9am, which bothered me a lot. I cannot say anything about the hotel food because I ask for a room with a fridge due to specific nature of my breakfast, and all other meals are had elsewhere. The children at the hotel invade the pool with noise and chatter which is strange because there is a kids pool nearby but no one from the staff tells them to behave and/or go to children's pool. Now that the negatives are out of the way, the positives are a hint of joy. The swimming pool is big and perfect for laps I like to do right after breakfast before 9;30 because many children come afterwards. The parking of the hotel could be improved by only allowing hotel guests to enter because I had to park the car once outside the premises on the avenue sidewalk

"Excellent"

8.0

Good location, with restaurants and shopping mall within 10 to 15 min walk. Quick check in and staff was very accommodating in finding room to our satisfaction. Overall great experience with exception of quality of breakfast that could be improved.

"The hotel need to improve alot"

6.0

The all over is good but need alot to improve. The hotel shower drain is blocked. The morning breakfast has got many variety but the bread , the crosant, the pastry was very hard and not fresh. They use to have fresh orange juice which is very common in morrocco but they fill the jar with fizzy juice.

"Perfect location"

This hotel has been well renovated. Nice lobby and swimming pool area. The bar and the room service are affordable for a 4 stars hotel in Marrakech. Breakfast is basic but ok. The location is great.

"hotel asni ok if your french."

4.0

very dissapointed, no english spoken in hotel, no english on menu, so you had to guess what you want, and hope you you like it, paid 65mad for a small bottle of lager, hotel needs alot of work, room entry cards did not work most of the time. buffet breakfast a joke, bread rolls a few slices of ham and chesse, and wait 15 mins in a queue for an omlete. air con noisy, but beds comfy, best thing in hotel was the pool, not a 4 star, but a 2 star expedia get it right.
