Hotel Atlas Asni

Ideal place yo stay in marrakech:)

We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport. Our flight arrived late and this hotel had check-in time up to midnight. We only stayed here two nights before moving to a riad in the medina. The front desk staff are not very friendly and will not offer a smile at all. The breakfast wait staff are the best part of this hotel. These men are friendly and incredibly accommodating. They smile! The breakfast, however, is just low-end standard fare. The coffee from the push button dispenser is really bad! The room was spare and fairly worn. The bed was typically uncomfortable. Staying here served its purpose but we were very happy to move to the riad.

The hotel had very poor WiFi coverage and the breakfast was very limited. And the AC in the bedroom wasn’t working. But the staff were very good.

I this is my 5th time I stayed at atlas asni, I booked wrong date and staff was passion to help me edit my booking, guys was awesome all staff at the hotel was very friendly, I'm sure will recommend atlas asni to my friends and family

Nothing really wrong with this hotel, but nothing really great either. The breakfast was rather underwhelming compared to other local hotels in the area at which I have stayed, but given the price, was acceptable.

Hotel rooms and locations were excellent but services in restaurants and reception was very very poor

Nice place. Good price. Well presented. Poor cleaning standard. As dusty and dirty floor was not clean when we checked in n wasn't until we left.

We had the absolute worst experience! The staff are very unfriendly, and they never go out of their way to help! AC was not working properly, and restaurant staff are not helpful. Not a very family friendly place.

I had checked into the hotel and despite telling room service not to come into my room they did anyway. The shower was broken and I informed the hotel reception but they did nothing. I had paid money to have a safe in my room but the safe locked so I had no money with me to go out until the morning. I informed the hotel and they said it wasn't there problem. Not very impressed at all
