Safe, easy to walk to many restaurants in the area. Easy to get an uber or taxy, and most of all the staff. Very very friendly staff. Laundry service, and ATM services inside the hotel area, also a breakfast buffet and a restaurant that has many food options within the hotel and a bar. The room has a separate living room with a kitchen. I always have a great experience. This would be my third long stay while visiting Guatemala 🇬🇹 ❤️

They are amazing here just make sure you take a picture of your out going laundry. I really think they are very nice . Monica is excellent cleaning the room very nice house keepers always friendly
