Close proximity to the car show I was attending

Breakfast and bar were not available due to renovations going on.

The location is very convenient for our purposes.

The building was being remodeled but the hallways were littered with trash and not kept clean even in areas where there was no obvious construction taking place. The staff at check in were not very helpful in addressing our needs. We have stayed at this location a number of times in The past, however, we have no plans to return. We had requested a mobility accessible room. We were told there were none available. There were no carts to move our belongings to the room and there was no ice in the ice machine. A terrible experience!

The location and convenience but mostly the staff who were awesome and went out of their way to help you.

It was close to cadence bank area it was clean The desk staff was super friendly and help full. Great place to stay.

It was convenient to where I needed to go the next day

1. There was no water pressure in our shower, not enough to get a shower. We were the only room affected & no other rooms to move to. Maintenance would not come after hours. 2. Toilet got clogged during middle of night & no plunger. Had to call front desk to get one at some point. 3. Upon check in, our door was cracked open & tv was on like someone had been in there or was coming back. 4. A lot of construction workers were staying there & wondering on our hallway. They even had digital access to rooms to get in if needed.
