The remodel, but it's probably needed

We stayed in a renovated room on the 4th floor. Spacious and clean! Would definitely stay here again. I recommend requesting a renovated room. I’m thinking the negative reviews were due to older room accommodations. Nice free coffee bar set up in the lobby. Very friendly staff! Great location-several nice restaurants within walking distance. (The Grill and Park Heights)

Great location for our exploration of the town. We were there as a follow up to our Elvis Week experience in Memphis and everyone was very helpful with suggestions of Elvis related things we could do around town and in nearby environs.

Providing the means to boil water within the room. Otherwise wonderful.

I liked the location of the property. All staff were extremely nice and welcoming.

There were many things in my room that appeared ready for repair or replacement. The shower curtain was ripping in multiple places at the top, wallpaper was peeling in multiple areas of the bathroom, no light bulb wattage or color seemed to match. Just felt like i could’ve stayed in a lower quality facility and had the same experience but at a cheaper price.

Location was perfect for walking to attractions shops and restaurants. Room size and breakfast were good. Refurb was going on the time we were there, was given a room with problems but the staff were very good in changing the room

I had a lovely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Tupelo, MS. I’m so glad they’re dog friendly—and big dog friendly too, which can be hard to find! The staff was really nice and welcoming, and the hotel was comfortable and convenient. I didn’t use the gym, and the pool was closed for maintenance during my visit, but that didn’t take away from my experience. A huge bonus was the Tesla chargers on-site. Overall, a wonderful stay—I’ll definitely be back!

The hotel had over booked and I had to go elsewhere…

In fairness you’re under heavy renovations. I wish I had known- Our air conditioner was almost non existent. It didn’t work well at all. The elevators were extremely hot almost like the furnace was on. Y’all know you have somethin up at that hotel, I’m not the only one who noticed. Your poor staff was sweating to death. It’s been some time since we stayed and I trust all is fixed. I hope anyway. Location is fantastic. Staff were so friendly. I felt you should have closed for renovations. It was just tooooo HOT
