Hilton Garden Inn Tupelo

I was a guest from July 10th-July 12th. This property is under construction You cannot access the pool at this time. I stayed in a room that was newly renovated & had to shower in another room due to the water having very low water pressure in the room I was in. The staff was very understanding and accommodating. The water was fixed by the time I got back that evening from my event. My stay was stellar besides that small hiccup.

Trying to sleep or take a nap the drilling and hammer. It was loud and awful. For 218 dollars, I expected to beable to rest. Was not told about any construction above us.

Absolute worst experience in Tupelo we had. My sister checked in first to her room. After moldy a/c vents, dirty men’s socks and pubic hair found in shower and on floor we decided to stay at a neighboring Hilton property. Front desk clerk even agreed that the level of cleanliness was not up to par and could not fault us for reconfiguring reservations. The bathtub would have required updated tetanus vaccs. Hilton lateraled the accommodations on our behalf, advised no transfer fee only to lie about that. Was STILL charged for unfit rooms.

check in was quick. I had paid for breakfast the next morning when reserving the room. The girl never mentioned it so I asked if we needed a voucher and she then offered them to us. When we got there we had no remote for our tv. Got one from the front desk and the tv wouldn't turn on. The Cable box had been unplugged. We went to get ice and there was no ice in the machine. We went to the other floors for ice and all machines were out of service. There was also some black spots on the picture in the bathroom. We did however enjoy the breakfast the next morning. The food was delicious and the lady at the register was extremly nice and helpful.

Traveling through last minute stop parking for truck and trailer .

Only reason didnt a 5 was they are using the pool as a staging area for construction and had it closed.

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. They should close this down till its cleaned up. DO NOT GO HERE!! I'm still trying to get someone to call me back. Dogs everywhere, dog hair, room smelled musty and gave us an allergy. Carpet in hall had dog pee on it, they tired to cover it up with carpet freshner.
