Room was stuffy and a/c would not stay on

We’ve stayed at this property many times on our trips to Tupelo. This time property was under renovation. Room newly renovated and nice. Bed slept well. Just a few hiccups: Bathroom door did not open or close without making a noise; it was like it was stuck Keurig coffee maker not functional Only one trash can available (in bathroom) Phone with a bad connection. Could hear party on other end, but they could not hear me We will stay again regardless

I have requested a refund. The search j did in Hotels.com was for a hotel with a pool. This place had no pool. It was absolutely filthy including the lobby. Our room had stains on the chair and a dirty rag sitting there. The toilet was broken and contiuosly running. The room smelled horribly of mold. Beds were dirty. I immediately told the front desk and then started looking around and rhe lobby was also filthy. Stains on the ceiling and greasy spots on the couches and chairs. Floor was filthy. Nothing like the pictures. Terribly disappointed and honestly grossed out.

Staff awesome but they dont tell you the pool is closed, rooms are horrible, beds are so hard, ac half way works, tubs are nasty and for the price i was very upset. They even wanted to charge for a water for the coffee pot in room.

The property was being remodeling

It’s a nice hotel but we stay in out dated which is alright. Needs to be updated which they are doing . I would recommend staying here to anybody. The staff was great and nice . And a great location probably the best location. I will be back.
