Bedroom, Balcony, Kitchen, Access, Bed, Bathroom, Layout, Pool, Kids friendly, activities, pool staffs, Laundry within the room, parking, Firepit and Outdoor grill facilities. To summarize, our room was so comfortable. It was spacious and have all what you need to make our stay comfortable. Full size kitchen and laundry within the room made our stay extra special. Bathroom and balcony was the star of the stay and we really enjoyed the layout. The pool was one the cleanest and there are ample activities for the kids to enjoy the resort. The pool staff were great and friendly, but I won’t say the same for reception.

Reception staff could be more welcoming. But that will not affect my rating as Anyone can have a bad day.

Pool was very relaxing and beautiful at night. Like the idea of having a adult only pool. The room was very nice. Bedroom along with the sofa bed was very comfortable.

Would of liked to have had better food accommodations. Only food on site was a food truck that closed way to early.

The property was average. I would have expected a restaurant. The Unit was noisy. We could hear children crying in other units, suitcases being pulled in the hallway and just general conversations.

The staff was very helpful and addressed any concern I had. I liked that I could text to request anything I needed or answer questions the staff had.

The bar at the adult pool and food truck closed way too early! 7pm! No continental breakfast was offered.

The value just really there. It wasn't worth $800 for 3 nights

The grounds and the pool were just beautiful. However, we were very disappointed with the room due to a major issue. It rained and rain leaked thru the ceiling onto the coffee table and carpet. The room was also very outdated. Carpet had stains and the furniture had scratches on them. Very outdated! Another issue was the night we checked into the hotel there was a comforter and dishes laying outside our room's entrance. I called the next morning, and they were to come and remove them. It never happened, so I brought it up with staff again and they never removed them. It was the next day when we had the leak from the rain that it finally was resolved. Kudos to the maintenance staff, Cole who fixed the problem and also had the comforter removed. The manager, Melinda did offer another room for us, but we decided against it due to the great work that Cole did to fix the issue, so we decided to stay because we only had one more day left. Melinda stated that we would receive a 50-dollar credit. We never received it and when I called about it, the desk staff said it was a 50-dollar credit for the reservation to use at their resort. This was not told to us. We stayed there in 2017 and had a fantastic stay but this time sadly no.
