Bluegreen Vacations Cibola Vista Resort and Spa, an Ascend Collection Resort

Your resort is beautiful! Your swimming pool is phenomenal! The one room, 1113 was too small for us but 1114 was spacious and we had friends come and play cards, we were very comfortable! The air conditioning was great!

The ants in room 1114, both rooms we were using were dirty, but the junior room was filthy! Even had an old, used fake eyelash stuck to the back of my hoodie. So gross! Food on the floor, even behind the curtains! The bathroom had cold water coming out of the faucet. One of the coldest showers I have ever taken! We could not find all the remotes until the last day. Had to return to the office to get keys to work on doors because the first time did not do the trick and that was not fun in 106 degree temperatures! Maintenance had to come fix microwaves, yes possible user error but on both microwaves? We had a little one above us running and jumping so hard over our heads that maintenance had to come see a damaged picture and fix the light bulbs in the ceiling. The staff, Neoni and Ashley were wonderful. Izzy treated me so poorly on the Wednesday we were there that we almost checked out! And the people answering the phone on Wednesday night when we called to complain about the little one running were so rude, they did not realize we had two rooms, they sent security to the wrong one! Another half hour of hell and they finally got it right. Kimmi and Cooper were excellent in handling our situation! Had cleaning come and Maria was wonderful! However, this was one of the worst stays we have ever had at any resort. But, we will come back because of the four staff members who were awesome and because the resort itself is just too much fun!

The Cibola Vista was beautiful. One of our favorite places to stay in Arizona.

1. The room, as well as the entire property, was run down. 2. Air conditioning in the kitchen area of our suite was great, but the bedroom was much warmer, and operated from the same wall control unit. 3. The bed was way too soft and sagging. I did try twice to get the bed to be replaced, with no results from management. So sleeping was not at all comfortable, as we were hot and the bed was worn out. 4. The vending machines were out of order. 5. I will not stay here again.

We came to Bluegreen vacations through interval international and was charged an additional resort fee per night after having paid the initial charges upfront. We were told that our room would be a first floor overlooking a courtyard which we asked if there was other rooms available at that point. We were given a second story in building number nine, which overlooks a field, but at least it wasn’t dark and gloomy. The rooms are approximately 800 ft.² nice size bathroom, comfortable bed. The resort is in a location not too far from all the necessities that we needed for a weeks stay. Minor complaints were it could’ve been a tad bit cleaner. There is no midweek linen service, nor is there any trash take out. And beware the gardeners are out during the week doing their thing, and have no respect for cars parked in the parking lot. My recommendation is that the resort give its customers a notice of when they will be cutting and blowing so we can move our cars out of the way. One last thing about resort fees., we do not use any of them except for Wi-Fi so the additional fee for people like us, are really uncalled for. Lesson learned.

Rooms were awesome but laundry machine smelled like cigarettes. The walls are super thin and the people above us were rearranging furniture and chasing children all hours of the night. I realize that was the other guests and outside the control of the facility but we could hear people in the walkways at the ice machine at the pool and all sides of the room. The internet is total garbage. Unless you pay for the faster one but we had no cell coverage or internet without an additional fee (that in itself will Make me not go back)

Big rooms and the pool was amazing.

Very helpful and kind staff. The resort surpassed all my expectations!
