Gute Lage Freundlicher Empfang Gutes Essen

Frühstück für Geschäftsreisende "schwierig" (ab 07.00 gibt es Frühstück): Gipfeli erst 07.10 bereit. Auf Spiegelei 20 Minuten gewartet. Auf Nachfrage sehr schroffe Antwort. Online-Checkin funktioniert um 07.30 nicht - trotz anderslautender Rückmeldung des Systems. Reception öffnet erst um 08.00. Rechnung würde ich sowieso automatisch erhalten - so die schroffe Antwort der dazugerufenen Mitarbeiterin. Bis heute keine Rechnung erhalten.

Charming hotel! The location was perfect for us - it was quiet and not in the heart of the tourist area but we could walk to everything within minutes. We walked from the train station (10 min) when we arrived but you can also take the bus near the hotel to anywhere. Very quaint property and the room had everything we needed. Very helpful front desk staff.

The service in the lounge and restaurant was terrible. Waited 30 min to order just a glass of wine in the lounge and finally left because no one would serve us. We didn’t end up eating in the hotel (which was disappointing) because we could not get any service.

Aussergewöhnliche Ausstattung - das Gegenteil eines durchgeplanten Kettenhotels. Das Bad (Zi. 165) war von einer Künstlerin mit handgefertigten Fliesen gestaltet. Eine Rarität!

Der Zugang zu Zi. 165 ist nur für Menschen geeignet, die gut zu Fuss sind.

The location was only a short distance from the train station and was easy to navigate around the city. The room was just enough for what we needed in our short stay.

The breakfast was a great option with lots of different food. The staff was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The view from our room was a plus!
