Der alte Teil des Hotels ist verteilt auf mehreren Stockwerken und wunderschön verwinkelt. Ich durfte eines der Dachzimmer bewohnen - an einem regnerischen Tag in Luzern ein gemütlicher und heimeliger Rückzugsort.

This was a great experience for my family. The hotel was great, we had everything we needed, and the hotel gives you a definite Swiss feel. The staff was wonderful, and the location is great. You can walk to the Chapel Bridge and all the surrounding shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend, and if we come back to Lucerne, this will be our hotel.

Hotel muy bien ubicado. Habitación amplia con café de cortesía. Excelente el restaurante con platos típicos. Muy atento el personal de recepción

El ascensor para entrepisos con lo cual hay que moverse parte por escalera. Colchón demasiado blando. El desayuno un poco desorganizado, ya que había que esperar los cafés y los platos calientes (huevos, tocino, etc) porque la cocina también atendía el bar anexo que es público. Sugerencia: deberían tener una máquina de café para que c/u se prepare su bebida y eso aliviaría a las mozas y a la cocina.
