TUI Magic Life Rixos Beldibi +16

Whoever said this was a five star has never been on a decent holiday. This is at the very best a 3 star. TUI advertise the rooms have Air Conditioning, yet in March when it’s actually quite warm, they refuse to turn on the AC. Their handling of the situation is very poor, however, the contract is with the advertiser TUI, who do not state that AC is at the hotel’s discretion. We have to sleep with the patio door open, where the sounds from the outside including very noisy wildlife keeping you awake all night. The breakfast is appalling, cold fried eggs, no sausage, no beans, plenty of chips/fries if that’s what you like for breakfast but very lacking on everything else. The only fillings they put in the omelette was cheese. No tomato, no onion, no other fillings. When asked, the chef who came out just grunted something and went back in. The building itself is basically old and worn out. Kind of like it’s Formica everywhere. The brochure also didn’t state it’s nearly 100% German guests. Which is OK, but not when several of them (males) sitting near the bar stare at your wife whilst getting served. Just saying, it’s not conducive to what we’re used to. We’ve stayed in dozens of 5 stars and there’s no way this comes remotely close to close. By contrast, the gardens and pool are excellent for sunbathing etc, even if you do have to fetch your own drinks

Currently on the last day of a 5 night stay and having read a few negative reviews before arriving, I wanted to leave my own thoughts on Tui magic life beldibi. My husband and I have had a wonderful time. Friendly, and helpful staff, rooms and public areas cleaned to a high standard, beautiful well kept gardens, terrace and beach front and an excellent choice of food and drink has all made for a fantastic experience. The location between sea and mountains is picturesque and local shop owners are very friendly. There hotel has plenty going on if you're the active type but is peaceful if your just looking to relax. The weather has been perfect for us, in the mid 20's. Yes there are about 5 cats that seem to be residents but they don't pester and only hang around at dining times because some of the guests feed them, they weren't a bother at all and nothing that I haven't experienced an other resorts. Booked this hotel for the lands of legends transfers 3x a week and only to find out that don’t supply them as agreed in the website. Every Wednesday which is when I had to fly home. I requested a see view room and apparently none were available. The hotel was empty. No entertainment at all. Food was very basic. Staff not friendly !! Contacted tui and they did not help me with my complaints. Would not recommend this hotel

Don’t be put off by negative reviews we are currently staying at the hotel and find it very comfortable and of good standards . We were welcomed on arrival they took our luggage parked our hire car and gave us both a glass of sparkling wine The hotel is relatively quiet but still ample food is provided at the buffet we are in Turkey so expect some Turkish food ! the all inclusive wine is of a good standard particularly the red wine plus a variety of cocktails are on offer . We have visited the indoor swimming pool and other spa facilities and for the price we have paid , the standards of hotel and food and drinks we could not complain about anything . It is relatively quiet at the moment plus as it is 16+ only it is good for a relaxing break

Genel anlamda her şey güzeldi. Yemekler lezzetliydi. Dışarı alanların masaları daha temiz olabilirdi. Bir de klimayı açsan çok bunaltıcı sıcak oluyor açmasan soğuk oluyor gece uyumak biraz zordu. Biz genel anlamda otelden mutlu ayrılıyoruz emeği geçen herkese teşekkürler

Food options were almost terrible. Only frozen meatball or weird stuff l have never seen. Drinks are horrible almost no drink service during meal time. No real coffee either!
