Las Posadas of Sedona

Overall it needs some tender loving care. Rooms are very outdated to be called a boutique hotel. The grounds are lovely and well kept. The breakfast was a disaster. If the cook calls himself a chef, he is badly in need of training. He had no butter to cook with so everything he made came out dry and stuck to the pan. It was so nasty. I had French toast so I asked for butter, no butter, I asked for syrup and he hands me a gallon jug. The mint water had scum on it like it hadn’t been changed for days. Dishes piled up first thing in the morning. It was crazy. So sad because it really could be a place to make great memories. The only real plus was Cat their front desk person. She was delightful!!

We did not like that there is no closet. We did not like the bfast at all!

Do not waste your money. It bills itself as a boutique place but it just doesnt hit the mark . The room smelled awful of cleaning products, the furniture needs refreshing, rhe walls are rhin, we had people upstairs and they were loyd, so no soundproofing, the sheets and towels smell of laundry soap. Breakfast was disappointing. The space itself not paid attention to. One person making omelettes but there was cereal with no milk out, utensils were not totally clean. You have to wait a long time for an omelette. There was a fruit bowl with overripe bananas. You get the idea. Way oversold this place. They need some service attention from new management.

The room we had was great. It was large, probably too large for what we needed. But it definitely worked.

The layout and the concept of the breakfast in the morning was awkward to say the least. Would expect it if something different, more buffet style or something is grab and go.

Room is spacious.

When I checked in at the front desk on February 16th, I requested to shorten my originally booked 3-night stay to 2 nights. The front desk agreed and promised to relay this to their manager to adjust my reservation. However, I had already prepaid for 3 nights through Booking.com, and to this day, they have not refunded me for one night. I reported this to Booking.com, but the platform stated the hotel has not responded to them. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. Additionally, the hotel booking explicitly stated breakfast was included. Yet on the first morning, when I arrived at the dining room, nothing was prepared—not even the lights were on. I reported this to the front desk, where the staff member suggested I help myself to bread and milk from the refrigerator. The following morning, a young woman from the front desk took on the role of chef in the dining room and fried some eggs for me—this was their version of an included breakfast.

Good location for everything around Sedona.

Breakfast wasn't great - same buffet every day except for a few hot items (scrambled eggs and variations of eggs - breakfast burrito, quesadilla, etc). Croissants and cookies were stale the first day, we didn't try them again after that.

Great location, and love the room.

We waited over 45 minutes to checkout, they had no manager on site and office was closed. This was the only negative. Otherwise love the stay.
