"An amazing and relaxing experience"

"Lovely boutique hotel in a quiet location in Oak Creek Village."

Everything! Loved the suites. Very roomy. Well designed. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the fireplace and the balcony. Tracy checked us in and she was so lovely! She was so helpful and accommodating to any request.

Pool was not heated so very chilly in November. Breakfast provided was ok but mostly vegetarian options and eggs were always overcooked.

Las Posadas was fantastic! The Villa was huge, and the grounds were beautiful and quiet. Chef Moon prepared a wonderful breakfast every morning. We will definitely be staying here again!

"No returning call from a manager which I requested upon checkout."

Hot breakfast was inedible. Items were cooked hours ahead of time and improperly “warmed”. They just kept cooking. This boutique hotel breakfast wouldn’t match the worst budget hotel’s. The in room Nespresso produced almost black water after trying to flush it. The coffee served was horrible. I had to go out each morning to Starbucks at the Hilton.

Premium view room was disappointing. Too overgrown to view red rocks. The only positive was Angela who checked us in and she was a charm.

The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful! Fully enjoyed the pool, sauna, and hot tub also.
