Bromley View Inn

Old needs a good cleaning and a weeks worth of maintenance. Shower/tub was in the middle of the room, yes the dead center middle, hopefully you are traveling with very a close companion. Shower/tub caulking was discolored, window blinds draped over the windows, room smelled moldy. Nice location just needs a bunch of cleaning and repairs.

Where to begin??? NOBODY around for assistance. Our room was on ground level and the bathtub is situated in the bedroom. Both windows (large) had one sheer curtain panel; no shades or blinds for privacy at all. We hung towels over the windows for privacy. Small tv with no instructions on how to use it. The Bromley Inn is a “low budget “ operation, to say the least! Guests need to have access to staff when problems arise. All you have is a telephone number and when we needed assistance we got an answering machine saying “leave a message.” Is this the way to run an inn? No!

This is a neat space in a scenic area which provided good value. I'd certainly stay again as well as recommend the place to others. As I'd selected to pay in person, I found it off putting that I wasn't able to do so and that I had my card charged without prior notice. It was also concerning that there was no way listed online to call ahead to talk with staff.

The innkeepers were extremely helpful and friendly. Although not the newest of places, we found it charming and quaint and in a perfect location for local ski areas and little towns for shopping. There was a beautiful lounge where we could enjoy large screen TV, pool table, and family meals. We were there from Thursday-Saturday so it was pretty empty on Thursday and Friday night was booked solid but it was still peaceful. We enjoyed the BBQ grill on the patio overlooking Bromley Mountain Ski area. Our dog was welcomed and allowed wherever we went. Most people staying there had dogs. Our 16 yr old twins had never been to the mountains and they really enjoyed themselves! Wonderful stay!

The only issue we had was with the TV in the room. It would not stay on wifi long enough to watch anything but we were fortunate nobody else was using the lounge so we could watch what we wanted.

A pretty good example of getting what you pay for. First thing I noticed was a strong funky smell. Carpets were stained, bathroom fan came on with the light and was deafening, the AC would randomly make a horrible noise (right above the bed) for a minute or so and stop, so not a good night’s sleep. No one on duty at any point to help. Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot. Not one gram of protein in the breakfast options. So it was not the worst, but not likely to return unless there are upgrades. And maybe some eggs 😬

Personne au Check in ni au Check out mais tout était prêt . Le débit d’eau de la salle de bain est faible .
