Staff molto premuroso, professionale ed accogliente (presso la reception, la SPA, la limonaia). Struttura molto ben decorata per le feste. Spa molto ordinata e pulita. Attrezzature molto ben alloggiate e fruibili pur essendo in uno spazio contenuto. Ottima la colazione. Struttura molto silenziosa ed elegante in posizione centrale con vista spettacolare sul golfo di Lugano.

Trovo sia un peccato che i vetri della limonaia non fossero troppo puliti. È un posto molto bello dove fare colazione al sole e sarebbe più elegante con dei vetri meglio puliti. In camera (o) la rubinetteria (cromo) è molto graffiata da anni di pulizie ed anche il lavandino sarebbe ora di sostituirlo perché la ceramica era rovinata.
