Seaview Hotel

The customer service was great and everyone was very friendly throughout our stay. The heated indoor pool was perfect for kids, and the ocean view from the room was really nice. The room itself was clean, the shower water stayed super hot, and the location was convenient between 264 Eastbound and Westbound.

There were a few minor issues in the room that looked like they had not been addressed since the hotel originally opened. The biggest downside was the parking deck height, since trucks over about 6’10” will not fit. They do have limited accommodations for a few larger vehicles, but parking could definitely be improved.

Location and view was wonderful.

Parking garage was a mess. Lots of trash on the ground. Wouldn’t feel safe going in and out of garage alone at night. Tub had crack and stains.

No breakfast, not close to walking distance to a restaurant that served breakfast.

Power went out to several rooms including ours. Bu the time it was decided, to give us another room, we had to pack our things abd move in tge dark. No assistance was offered. We were told we could go back, in the morning, to see if we left anything. We went abd tge dirty linen was gone, door unlocked and several items, of ours was missing. These items totaled $150. We kept asking for a discount or return of our items without any luck. We were told the manager had to decide about any discounts. We asked for the manage at the desk, or by phone, 4 days in a row. She was off or was contacted by phone by staff. We were told, she would discuss this in person with us, but was not there and we had to check out.
