My first intial room the ac was broken, the second one the room wasnt clean. The third time was a charm. Staff where prompt and very accommodating!

"Ok stay, pool area and kitchenette in rooms needs to be updated"

Location

Pool was very small. Heating/AC unit not working notified front desk and the guy gave me space heater and said maintenance wouldn’t be in till tomorrow. It was very cold. I should have known something was wrong with the room because when we first went in There was a fan on the dresser. So apparently they already knew the room needed fixing n still rented it out. He didn’t offer my my money back or at least the cost of one night

The stuff at the front desk was very kind and helpful..

The bathroom in the lobby was always out of paper towels. Told us the rooms were going to be remodel.over all a good stay.. and the parking garage need better lighting and maybe cleaned up a bit..
