Niagara Hotel

The location was great. Most of the staff were great. Easy access to public transport/metro, about 5/10 minutes walk. Some options nearby for food. Great view and a quiet location. Really good if you need to get some work done at times like I did. I would definitely stay again - but that cleaning, though... They have to fix that!

It was mega dusty at times, though, and no matter how many times I asked for a deep clean, I did not get one. The cleaners spent about 5 minutes cleaning the room and would only vacuum if you asked for it. There was a stain on a glass that was there from the day I arrived until I left, I kept asking them to clean but it was never touched. I was there for a month so I know what I mean about cleaning. So dusty! Yet would not hoover the carpet. It was the only downside to what would have been an exceptional stay. At one point, I had to go ask for cleaning stuff to do it myself, as it was making me feel sick. Guess you can't have everything.

Overall, it is good. The property is clean and in a convenient location. I hope the front desk staff is more smiling and friendly to the customers.

Would not recommend. Our Delux room was NOT delux. Not what we paid for. A gloomy, moody dated room. Security window would not lock, burn hole in the chair, months worth of dust on skirting boards, shower head sprayed the whole bathroom ‘like a madman’ as the holder wasn’t fit for purpose. Sauna for MEN ONLY. Laundry location was NOT as directed. Staff had little to no English. Breakfast was not available on Booking.com, however found 3 days later they do have breakfast available. Communication issues at this place.

Günlük oda temizliği ve havlu değişimi var.Otel gayet konforlu terlik var,banyoda gerekli malzeme var.Küvet var.Klozet gayet hijyenik,günlük odaya 2 adet su bırakıldı.Buzdolabı klima sorunsuzdu.Konaklamamız gayet iyi idi.Tavsiye ederim.
