Bar nao entrega na piscina de adults. Jantar do thanksgiving estava absurdamente caro e a comida era bem mediana. Quando fizemos a reserva nao nos avisaram que seria preco fixo.

Grounds were nice pool was nice .

Service was very poor two days we did not even get our room cleaned we had to hint the maid down for basic supplies . Rooms are dated tile in bathroom was moldy. Was put in a handicap room . Prices are very high .

No one available for water sports. Extremely low pressure showers and the Bathrooms were very small. Cafe, tiki bar closes around 8pm.

At check-in, the information provided to us was not clear. We went to the restaurant at 8:25 PM only to find out that it had already closed for dinner. They also told us they did not have our reservation, even though at check-in — perhaps because it is not high season yet — we were told that no reservation was needed. Aside from that, I find it quite difficult to understand how a restaurant can already be closed before 8:30 PM. The supervisor did not handle the situation well, which made the experience even more disappointing. We had also informed the hotel in advance that we were celebrating a special occasion — a birthday — yet apart from a small cake left in the fridge (which we noticed by chance just before checking out), there was no card, no greeting, and no gesture upon arrival, not even a simple upgrade. Considering the occasion, this felt quite underwhelming. Additionally, in every hotel I’ve stayed at, breakfast has always been available from around 7:00 to 10:00. Here, when I called reception, I was told that I needed to fill out a form and hand it in the night before — information that was never mentioned at check-in. As a result, we weren’t able to have breakfast either. Overall, the entire experience was disappointing and certainly far from what we expected.
