Beautiful hotel and grounds in tranquil surroundings; beach bar and beach games were excellent - they serve great cocktails! - and staff were all helpful and polite; villa we stayed in was clean, comfortable and spacious with nice view. We've stayed before and the hotel didn't disappoint this time either - and given we stayed over Christmas, it made for a magical part of our trip!

We had a problem with some luggage which could have been resolved more pro-actively but other than that, nothing at all to complain about!

Beach was a swamp, you can't get in through the ton of sea grass. They didn't clean it.
