Tranquility Bay Resort

The location is amazing and property is beautiful. It has everything you need and is super kid friendly. It is a very low key vibe with stunning views from virtually every part of the resort. The condo/town home rooms come equipped with all that you need for a very comfortable stay with laundry and cooking amenities.

We were sad that the main pool was undergoing construction along with multiple other units around the property that we were not notified of before hand. The property did compensate us with removing the resort fee although I still wish I would have known ahead of time as guests who booked directly with the property were. There was no place to move rooms to avoid construction noise. Staff was also not very personable or helpful when asking simple requests at the bar or queries regarding bike rentals in the area which was a bit bizarre for the hospitality industry.

They credited back the amenities fees since the largest pool was closed.

Faces north, had days of cold northerly winds making it too cold to sunbathe or use the pools, one of which was closed for repairs.
