Air conditioning was excellent enabling good sleep. Planning of bedroom facilities was very well thought through. Every convenience seemed to be thought through for the customer. Very highly recommend.

Some of the staff, especially one of the female employees, were very kind and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean, and the breakfast offered good value for the price. The hotel's location was excellent, right in the city center.

Unfortunately, our experience with the staff was inconsistent. One of the male employees was not particularly friendly, and in general the staff rarely greeted guests when passing by. The room lacked basic amenities such as a refrigerator, coffee maker, and iron. It was also quite small, and the bathroom felt outdated. The biggest issue was the elevator, which frequently stopped working. As a result, we had to walk up to the 14th floor several times, which was extremely inconvenient. Another unpleasant aspect was the reception area, which often smelled strongly of heated or refrigerated pizza, making the entrance less welcoming.
