Great location and quite the view from the 13th floor! Slept well and not disturbed by any noise.

"family stay in Reading"

- great location- right by the station - great breakfast - clean room - ibis quality as expected - good price for Reading town centre

- smelly bathroom. not dirty, just smelly, could do with a refurb - one receptionist really lazy and rude, forcefully suggested we already took the room card despite it being stashed on his desk. what happened to customer service ? rest of the staff were nice though.

"Bad experience"

the location

Very basic , in the room they had only one body towel. When I asked for a face towel ,they answered that they are only a 3 star hotel and they do not provide such a towel. In general the staff was unhelpful.
