bathroom that felt like a train cabin, a bit worn out furniture, noissy people staying a the hotel

The meals and that although it had lots of rooms it was a quick environment.

Some of the staff at the reception need to do better and not assume that I have been there before. On my first day there was no explanation of where the lifts are or how to use the lift with your card or where the breakfast room was.

Great location, able to check in early. Perfect to get to the station for an early start with less than a 5 minute walk.

The weird bathroom shower pods. With awful lighting. Very little water pressure and poor quality toilet rolls

There was some confusion on whether breakfast was booked with my room. On check out the receptionist quickly and promptly resolved the issue. I was very happy with the attitude and manner of the staff involved.
