No breakfast was provided. We really enjoyed the room and balcony. We were able to watch boat loading on the river. This location is within easy walking to shopping and great food! The room was well-appointed and well stocked with coffee, tea and fresh fruit.

There are steeps to climb from the street to the room. We weren't aware that we'd be climbing old stairways, likely not a problem for young legs, but something of a challenge for our 70+ year old legs. We will go back to Clementine's as long as we're still have sufficient carrying capacity.

Great location just a few blocks from downtown Astoria. Even with multiple events in town parking was manageable and easily accessible. The views from all the balconies were incredible, as is the local shopping and seafood a short walk away.

There were multiple contradictory statements about check-in and payment. The walls were very, very thin. We were across the hallway from both rooms 2/3 and could hear their entire conversation through the walls. This, along with the fact that it was nearly Midnight, and the beds being very uncomfortable subverted a pleasant stay into a slightly disappointing one.

Loved the charm and history of the area. House is conveniently located. THe Peony suite had a nice view of the river. Great for just drinking coffee and unwinding. Liked that no key was needed to get in room.

No staff on site which would have been nice. There is no breakfast at this time. Presume that is due to covid.

I loved the room. I had originally been booked into a bigger room, but I called to request a room with a bathtub, so was given a smaller room with the bathroom across the hall. The room had an amazing little alcove with two windows, and easy chair, and a fuzzy blanket--I spent a lot of time there with my book. Just lovely.

I liked everything, but if I can give some input, it would be to say that the mattress leaned over toward the bedside table quite a bit.
