"Great place to stay"

Reception on arrival and throughout, was good, parking was fabulous too. Room was very clean and the shower was great, lots of pressure. Swimming pool was good, but a little grubby with blown in detritus.

Had a 4th floor room, the bar and pool are on 5. They really really need rubber feet on rooftop bar chairs and tables, because they are regularly and very loudly scraped and then at around 11 to 11.30 it sounds like the bar staff put all the chairs and tables straight, crash, bash scrape. Rubber feet needed!

Personnel très gentil. La chambre est très belle et très grande L'hotel est très bien placé sur la jolie place de la cathédrale au calme. Très bon restaurant sur le toit de l'hotel.

De plek was prachtig en het personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Ik had een juniorsuite geboekt en deze mocht wel wat luxer. Ook ontbraken de badjassen. De volgende ochtend was de badkamer niet aangevuld dus dat was een beetje jammer.

yet another great stay in a lovely room and staff so helpful. Great location in the old town with Tapas restaurants on every street corner. Roof terrace a great spot. Pool was small but very welcome!

"Average room, disappointed in service level"

Location

The room wasn’t cleaned properly, trash from previous guests. On the rooftop, they didn’t want to open the umbrellas and towels where not available, only via the reception for cash payments. Was not able to get drinks on the room either.
