We are a cashless venue. We do not accept cash payments throughout the Resort. Please pay by card or contactless device. Access to Imperia Spa facilities (including swimming pool) available to book from £25pp. Booking in advance required and subject to availability. [Children under 16 years of age are not permitted to use the spa facilities. Those aged 16 to 18 years of age may use the spa if accompanied by a responsible adult.] Access to gym included Check in: We will verify a debit/credit card against your bedroom. If you accommodations package amount has not been charged this payment will be taken on arrival. Dogs are welcome in our Classic Super-king bedrooms and Executive Super-king bedrooms. We allocate specific Dog friendly bedrooms for your furry companions so please ensure that the hotel is informed prior to arrival to ensure one of our allocated bedrooms are available. Dogs are welcome in our public areas and in our 19th Bar. We ask that dogs are not left unattended in the bedrooms for the duration of the guest's stay. The hotel staff were all fantastic.

Lunchtime service was quite slow therefore had to get lunch boxes up for take away as needed to be downstairs for a treatment. Booking of the spa day online initially was not satisfactory to really enjoy the day when getting treatments, lunch etc considering my experience

"Amazing Staff, shame the guests let it down."

We booked a return visit after a great stay in 2023. The staff are amazing, the room was clean and comfortable…But the Spa and the food were what let this down. There were so many drunk people in the outdoor pool, watching football really loud on phones, vaping, rowdy drunk adults behaving like children. We left after 45 minutes as nothing relaxing about it. We went to our room to get ready for dinner, where the drama must have followed us, as directly below our room, the same couple were fighting, screaming obscenities, kicking his car as he was trying to drive! I had also heard from staff when we mentioned this, that the bar had been trashed and drink stolen. Not what you would expect for a 4 star hotel! We will not be returning.

"Lovely hotel"

Nicely decorated, friendly staff, beautiful spa.

Large stain on bedroom carpet, black out curtains need to be longer so that light doesn’t come through bottom, paint work in bathroom needs freshened up, floorboards were extremely squeaky in bedroom and hallway. Breakfast was lukewarm. Golf course needs attention, lumps and bumps all over greens.

"Pretty basic for the cost for sure"

Aesthetically very nice. Food was top quality. Amazing views.

£25 to use the spa facilities on top of staying and then having to book time slots is ridiculous. Didn't find all the staff too welcoming. Room was basic. Gym needed cleaning.
