We are a cashless venue. We do not accept cash payments throughout the Resort. Please pay by card or contactless device. Access to Imperia Spa facilities (including swimming pool) available to book from £25pp. Booking in advance required and subject to availability. [Children under 16 years of age are not permitted to use the spa facilities. Those aged 16 to 18 years of age may use the spa if accompanied by a responsible adult.] Access to gym included Check in: We will verify a debit/credit card against your bedroom. If you accommodations package amount has not been charged this payment will be taken on arrival. Dogs are welcome in our Classic Super-king bedrooms and Executive Super-king bedrooms. We allocate specific Dog friendly bedrooms for your furry companions so please ensure that the hotel is informed prior to arrival to ensure one of our allocated bedrooms are available. Dogs are welcome in our public areas and in our 19th Bar. We ask that dogs are not left unattended in the bedrooms for the duration of the guest's stay. Spacious and clean rooms. Plenty of parking space.

Very poor Wifi. Indeed no Wifi in the rooms we stayed. We rang the reception, we were given an alternative Wifi option. That too did not work. We were simply told that it was because of the location of the rooms! I had stayed here last June 2025 too. Same issues. I thought in this day and age WiFi is pretty much mandatory and essential. The fact that the issue has persisted for more than a year means the hotel is not willing to address this issue despite being made aware of it. A pity, the hotel is well located, is clean and spacious. Breakfast is frightfully expensive, so we avoided it.

Location and overall place is beautiful. Such a great stay. I would highly recommend. Spa and food is great too

The room we initially stayed in the window was open and wouldn’t shut but the staff was so lovely and helpful and managed to get us another room

"Loved it!!"

First visit to Gleddoch definitely won’t be the last . My friend had been many times and recommended it. Had a lovely massage to start with then chilled in the spa area which was amazing. Evening meal and breakfast delicious and all served with a smile. Thanks to all the lovely staff throughout the hotel.
