We are a cashless venue. We do not accept cash payments throughout the Resort. Please pay by card or contactless device. Access to Imperia Spa facilities (including swimming pool) available to book from £25pp. Booking in advance required and subject to availability. [Children under 16 years of age are not permitted to use the spa facilities. Those aged 16 to 18 years of age may use the spa if accompanied by a responsible adult.] Access to gym included Check in: We will verify a debit/credit card against your bedroom. If you accommodations package amount has not been charged this payment will be taken on arrival. Dogs are welcome in our Classic Super-king bedrooms and Executive Super-king bedrooms. We allocate specific Dog friendly bedrooms for your furry companions so please ensure that the hotel is informed prior to arrival to ensure one of our allocated bedrooms are available. Dogs are welcome in our public areas and in our 19th Bar. We ask that dogs are not left unattended in the bedrooms for the duration of the guest's stay. "Despite the wifi problem I would definitely book again, it was fantastic!"

The spa was amazing, far exceeded my hopes. The setting is amazing and the view from the spa balcony is incredible. Our room overlooked the golf course and was stunning.

It was a bit of a shock that the wifi doesn't work in many areas of the hotel. It was non-existent in our bedroom.

Great value for money, really nice hotel and spa excellent, especially outdoor pool witb lovely scenery.

Squeaky floorboads in bedroom and some damp/water marks on ceiling/walls.

Bit noisy during the night with doors slamming etc, understandable though with a wedding on, also not much Information in the room about how to order room service etc
