Quality Inn Fort Walton Beach - Destin West

Location was excellent!

Second building room #132 location was too isolated guys were smoking drugs in parking lot facility!

The pool was fantastic, it was well maintained and had plenty of chairs.

We had someone else’s food left in our microwave… there was mold on the eggs so it had been there a while. The hair dryer plug in was literally broke in two pieces and smelt like it had burned previously. House keeping didn’t come once. We asked for more towels and were given kitchen towels. We had to ask several times before finally getting clean towels. There was a dirty towel under the sink that had been left from people before us, there was a used bar of soap on the shower faucet and the floor felt like it had more sand than the beach. They also advertise a 100$ deposit however at check in it’s actually 150$. The smoke detector was hanging out of the wall and covered in a plastic bag.

The location itself was good.

So what they don't tell you is when you book on this site they do not tell you there is a 150.00 deposit on top of the room cost. The pool is a community pool. There were people there in the pool that lived in the apartments next it so nobody was checking that. The room smelled like fried chicken grease. And the worst part was the roaches! I will never stay here again. I have videos of the roaches. And there was rat feces on one of the beds that we saw the next morning! The photos are roaches from the shower and ceiling and when I unplugged the hair dryer roaches came out of the light socket. It will not let me post the videos

absolutely and positively nothing. please do not work with them. they are scammers. none of the pictures are accurate. all of the reviews have to be fake.

“If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. If I could give negative stars, I’d give as many as possible. As you can see in the pictures I uploaded, this Quality Inn was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. On top of what you cannot see in the photos, the room reeked of cigarettes even though this is supposedly a non-smoking property. The only elevator was also out of service. After checking into the hotel and seeing these conditions, I went back to the front desk within about 20 minutes to request a refund because the room was unacceptable. The sheets had bodily fluid stains, several outlets had no power, and the smell alone made the room unbearable. Despite all of these issues, the front desk refused to refund me simply because I had already entered the room. Absolutely unacceptable customer service and completely unsanitary conditions. I would never stay here again and would strongly warn others not to waste their money. I forgot to mention our room had no power. we also proceeded to have to return to the hotel because they charged us for the deposit and when I called customer service number they said it was because we stole or damaged something and they couldn’t help us. we went back to the hotel and were told that their employee didn’t know what he was doing and mischarged us.

Right on the water and close to a great pizza place.

Building is aged and desperate need off flooring. Remote control for television was broke and buttons did not work. Shower had black mold but kind of came with the age and need of remodeling. Overall was a fair place with great staff.

The smell of weed in the hallways!!

Said it had pool . It wasn't functional

It was a great room and made me and my partner feel comfortable

When er first arrived there weren't any towels or wash cloths, but it was fixed very quickly
