Quality Inn Fort Walton Beach - Destin West

Property was very clean. The people were very nice and I like that. I had a little beach behind it.

I was mad that the pool was not open yet. I felt like maybe that they should’ve had the pool opened.

I was only there a total of about 7 hours, but the staff was outstanding because they went out of their way to be helpful, comforting and kind. I am a female traveling alone who arrived alone very late at night (1am) from the airport. The male front desk personnel could tell I was a bit nervous to walk outside on the property to the other building where my room was located. Without me even asking, he personally volunteered and escorted me to my room. He even assisted with my luggage. 5 Star Service that wasn't required! Very kind gentleman. The young woman at the desk the next morning was very sweet and helpful also.

Rooms weren’t clean. Air conditioning wasn’t working, door lock was broken, staff shortages

Towels, pillows, and bed linen in bad conditions. Outdoor areas so dirty. Bathroom in bad condition, need to be repair.
