The bed was comfortable

The pool did not stay open late enough, the room smelled so much like cleaning products it was hard to breathe, the floor had just been "mopped" but was still dirty. The light over the sink in the bathroom did not work, the shower was very slippery and there was no mat in it. There was no meats on the breakfast it was very limit and carb friendly...

Location and staff we encountered were great! Maintenance guy (Joel) I think, the lady we checked in with and the cleaning lady were very kind.

Breakfast was terrible, eggs were brought out on a Tupperware lid, very minimal selections, we requested new towels and they said they didn’t have any towels, was hard to get someone at the desk, shampoos and conditioners were half used in the bathroom, elevator had tap lights for lighting, luggage cart was falling apart, the hotel smells musty as soon as you entire the front door. Pool was down.
