Morgenmaden var god. Og værelset helt i orden. Personalet var hjælpsomme. Alt i alt et godt sted at være..

1. slippery tiles and floors in all common areas- and pool area 2. facilities dated and a lot of mosquitoes -in rooms 3. bathroom water - either hot-cold or sharp hot bursts 4. reception staff - tried to extend room due to flight change and they told me to go online(too hard for them ??) when I booked online still had to update room key. cheaper hotel for our group but not always better service or facilities...

Location was very good, quiet enough place even doh your close to everything,, staff were nice (not all spoke English but we weren't in an English speaking country)

The rooms weren't great,, definitely not 4 star,, back door at the balcony didn't close properly never mind lock,, the dust over the top of the bed is at least a year old,, the rooms need an upgrade but ye get what ye pay for i suppose,, cheap and cheerful

Phone line is broken. Bad customer services. They talked and seem like they dont care about your needs. Room is totally different from the picture on booking and they said room is no guarantee will be the same. We like what the heck.
